How do I know if this will help me?

In my years of working as a therapist/trainer I see people who have tried all sorts of rehabilitation therapies with varying results. The vast majority of pain stiffness and discomfort is from deeply rooted compensation patterns. This imbalance stops your whole body from functioning properly. BEGIN MOVES addresses these deeply rooted patterns and improves the effectiveness of other therapies.

FAQ: How often do I do the movement patterns?

It depends on you and your state of health and your lifestyle. For example those individuals who sit for 6-8 hours or more per day some point of pain or discomfort is inevitable at some point in life. It would benefit these individuals to practice more regularly. The best approach is to learn the patterns at your own pace through live classes and then practice consistently 1-3x per week Until the movements are free of tension. In this way you will learn what works best for your body.

Some ideas for description: Online live personal sessions with careful attention to learning the moves. Access to a recording of your video session so you can return to it on your own time, at your own pace. (Why would I want to do these movements on my own - explain the benefit of doing them on the regular basis and how I can improve my ability of doing the movements)
Options for joining class sessions and more advanced sessions 
Further access to video recordings of additional content that supports you and your practice.
