What do I need for an online Session?

Its simple, a floor space large enough you can stretch out your arms and legs with ease and your digital device for the online meeting.

Here is what we recommend:
Find a quiet space. Place a mat or area rug on the floor. Place your technology device at a level that gives a bird’s eye view of you and your mat. In this way I can observe your movements and guide you in performing them correctly. Note a smooth mat or area rug is preferred (yoga mat is not ideal).
